Day 10 (A - 10/31): Students will be to graphically and algebraically solve for projectile motion variables launched horizontally or launched at an angle 



Day 11 (A - 11/2): Students will be able to distinguish between scalar and vector quantities, resolve vectors and vector components, and solve for unknown quantities of projectile motion




Day 12 (A - 11/4): Students will be able to describe Newton's 3 Laws of Motion and provide examples of each


  • Newton's Laws of Motion Essay is due

Physics 2nd 6wks

Day 2 and Day 3 (A - 10/6 and 10/11):  Students will be able to diagram and resolve vectors into x and y components using sine and cosine functions and be able to solve vector word problems using trigonometric functions.



Day 4 (A - 10/13): Students will be able to diagram and resolve vectors into x and y components using sine and cosine functions and be able to solve vector word problems using trigonometric functions



Day 5 (A - 10/17): Students will be able to recognize examples of projectile motion and solve for unknowns for projectiles launched horizontally
 

                     
Day 6 (A - 10/19): Students will be able to recognize examples of projectile motion and solve for unknowns for projectiles launched horizontally and launched at an angle and use trigonometric functions to solve for unknown sides

Day 7 (A - 10/21):   Students will be resolve vectors for x and y components and be able to graphically and algebraically solve for projectile motion variables launched horizontally and launched at an angle
